Fantastic to have been recognised further afield than The New Forest by winning Start up of the Year 2023 & The Best Customer Service Award 2023 in the Central South Business Awards last week!
Last week felt a million miles away from our usual day to day in the kitchen and from our small community within The New Forest when we headed to the Ageas Bowl in Southampton for the Central South Business Awards, a far more corporate setting than we are used to with over 350 attendees.
We are incredibly proud to have won two awards in the evening - the start up of the year award and also the customer service award.
With our customers at the absolute heart of what we do, offering the very best and personal service to each and every one - being recognised on a wider scale was truly humbling. It was also pretty terrifying having to stand up on stage (twice!) to speak in front of 350 people.
Huge thanks to my husband, Ian (looking very dapper here) for his incredible support to the business and to me.
