Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a 10 mile radius of SO41 8DU (Lymington, Hampshire) for free, or within 15 miles for a £15 surcharge. Or you can collect by prior arrangement from our unit in Lymington.
How far in advance do we need to book?
The magic question which will vary depending on seasonality and how many other bookings we have! Weekends do get booked up so the more notice the better. Min of 2 days notice. In peak months we suggest at least 1 week. We will always bend over backwards to fit you in if we can!
How Quickly can we expect to hear back from you after sending an enquiry?
We will always try to respond within a few hours Tuesday - Friday. If it's last minute or urgent do call us (01590 674 395) as we are often in the kitchen or out delivering ( we are a small team and don't have an 'office lady'! ) On weekends please allow 24 hours as these are our super busy days.
How do we pay?
As soon as we confirm your booking we will send across an invoice. Bank transfer is our preference (to be completely transparent they don't charge us big fees!) but we can send a link to pay by card if you prefer.
I'm gluten free, can you cater for me?
Absolutely - let us know when you enquire and we will of course be able to make alternative arrangements. We also work in a nut free kitchen - due to our founder having a severe allergy. We take allergies very seriously here and every item on our menus has allergen advice.
What is the maximum you can cater for?
Being a small, independent business and if we are able to help we will! We are not a huge catering company however and we dedicate our offering to deliver to groups ranging from 2-80 people. We are about creating intimate, honest, high quality locally sourced foodie experiences. Do give us a call if you have something bespoke in mind and we would love to help if we can.
