A Taste of wonderful local cheeses, from Lyburn and Isle of Wight, paired with some of the best charcuterie we've ever tasted, pioneered by James Golding, chef director at The Pig, and Alan, a brilliant local master butcher. They use meat from local New Forest farms and home cure it over many months.

  • Brook Hill Vineyard White Wine or Argentinian Malbec

Small (2-4 people) - £80

Medium (4-6 people) - £130

Large (8-10 people) - £180

*Upgrade to a bottle of Premier Cru Louis Latour white Burgundy, a bottle of Tawny Port or a Chateauneuf du Pape Durieu for an extra £20 per bottle.
