Bringing Valentines Day to you with a scrumptious feast available for local delivery or collection, packed with some of the best local produce available. All you need is an oven, a hob and a glass of bubbles in hand tends to help.

Homemade Local Smoked Chalk Stream Trout Croquettes, Lightfoots Farm Pea Shoots, Herby Mayonnaise

Main Course:

Chateaubriand for two (the best cut of fillet of beef)

Crispy Pomme Anna Potatoes, Leeks with Parmesan Cream, Green Beans with Lemon Oil

A Choice of Bearnaise or Peppercorn Sauce

Pudding:

Salted Caramel & Dark Chocolate Tart, Strawberries, Crème Fraiche
