A taste of wonderful local cheeses paired with some of the best made charcuterie we’ve ever tasted. A Pinch of Salt was pioneered by the chef director of The Pig (hotel group) and Alan, a brilliant local butcher, using meat from local New Forest farms.

 

  • A Selection of local cheeses which vary according to seasons and availability from Lyburn Farm (New Forest), Isle of Wight Cheese Co, and The Book and Bucket Cheese Company (Cranborne Estate). 

  • A Selection of 'A Pinch of Salt' Home Cured Charcuterie

  • Isle of Wight Garlic Farm Garlic Stuffed Olives

  • Local Pig'n'Pickle Chutney

  • Forest Foodie Chilli Relish

  • Cheese Biscuits

  • Freshly Baked Bread

 

All of the above is accompanied by a bottle of New Forest Brook Hill White Wine or Argentinian Malbec*

*Upgrade to a bottle of Premier Cru Louis Letour white Burgundy or a Châteauneuf du Pape Durieu or a Croft Reserve Tawny Port for an extra £20. 

Our hampers are delivered in cooled recyclable boxes.
