A mind blowingly tasty combination of Dorset based Book & Bucket Cheese - Blyton which is ready to be oven roasted until oozing with even more flavour, complimented by 'A Pinch of Salt Curing' charcuterie  which is made from animals from farms across the Forest and cured using traditional methods with blackthorn salt and sugar.
